BBC Graduate Scheme 2025

Has anyone applied to BBC graduate programmes? Would be good to open a discussion regarding this.
it seems that they are only offering apprenticeships! I was hoping to apply to the production trainee graduate scheme but it doesn’t look like it’s opening

Same here, just noticed my application status changed from 'assessment' to 'in process' yesterday. Have you heard anything yet?

Hi have you received any invitation for the AC?
Do BBC pay well? Not going to apply just curious how the salaries compare to civil servants since the government controls BBC.

Civil service recently got a big bump and is on par with the private sector now, but even before that they payed more than the BBC.

Interesting, I work in tax and receive about £58,000 whereas someone at my level in one of the big three (eg Deloitte, KPMG etc) would be on closer to £90,000 (although our pension makes up for some of the difference). Interesting that BBC does match or come close to private sector pays especially when it’s at the lowest TV fee income ever.
Forgot to ask: what is the day 1 salary, and the salary after completion of the graduate scheme?
