Manual Dexterity, how can you build it up?

Im currently in Year 12 and I was just thinking of how I could develop my manual dexterity as I really don't do any instruments or anything. I was thinking if practicing things like wood carving or soap carving (into teeth) would be helpful at all? Or even something like origami. Its just that I've heard people show examples of their manual dexterity in interviews so i was just wondering. Also does gaming help in this aspect at all? I don't know how I'd prove it but just wondering, thanks.
Gaming would help, and fast typing or touch typing games would help too. tetr.io website and console games are good

How can I improve my manual dexterity....

Writing and Drawing: Practice writing or drawing with both hands to improve coordination. Regularly using tools (like scissors, tweezers, or small hand tools) can enhance dexterity. Practicing mindfulness can improve concentration, which in turn can help you focus on developing your dexterity. Regular practice is key.
Sewing, knitting, sports
