A level mechanics help

This might not be helpful for you, but when I was studying for mech at the start it was always tough. The only way to help was doing loads of practice questions and then marking with worked solutions; the a level textbook has a bunch of questions which is good. I think you'll juts pick it over time practising. Obv you can also look at youtube videos/ tutorials but some are limited and not helpful for specific question types.
