Can't upload evidence however

Today I had received an email asking me to upload my EU settlement Status to my application, so when I go on to log in I noticed that there are now two boxes instead of the one that says 2024 in one partition of the box and below in the second partition of the box it says the name of my uni and the course that I'm doing and another one with 2024 written on it and nothing else. so I figured I'll upload a newer copy to the one that still states I have actions to complete so I do then I go to the newer one that says all my actions are complete to upload it but when I get to that part it has a greyed out continue button. What do I do?

Did you do your application online? Or did you send it by post?

I did a majority of it online but I only had to send my Citizen Card via special tracked delivery or smth like that

What device is it you're using to check your application? Is it an apple product?

No I still can’t but note that this is for the application that only has a box that says 2024 and nothing else like the name of my course isn’t written the status of the application isn’t written nor the bit in the box where it says you have actions to complete. however after I went into the post graduate’s section it shows my application and a section to upload evidence I presume it means the evidence that I have been requested to upload to my application however each time I upload it sends me the email that hey we received your email but after that I hear nothing from the emails and each time I do upload to either the post graduate application or the undergraduate application (by the way my application is undergraduate don’t know why its giving me the post graduate application)

Hi there,

Have you tried to clear your cache & cookies and delete your browser history? What type of device are you trying to log in with and could you try a different device?

I always clear my cache and cookies and my history and I had also tried getting on the website on some of my other devices like my iPad and my computer
