It doesn't sound like you know him very well, so it's unlikely you love him in any meaningful way. You might have a crush on him though. Get to know him better and then make your mind up!
After what you described it sounds like that he has at least a crush on you. There is only one way to find out more: meet each other.

If you have to ask, the answer is no. It is however highly abnormal to love somebody you've only just met. Disney lied to you in that regard.
