Private finance UCAS

It struck me just now that I may have faulted in my ucas application. Within the funding section I chose the “private finance” option for how I will be looking to pay my university fees, as I am not wanting to take student loans, however I’ve seen multiple say that private funding so for international students and universities will see you as an international student in your application if that is there. I am not an international student so will this bring any complications in my application? And will I have to contact ucas to rectify this?

It doesn't matter. No, they wont 'see you as an International applicant' for fees purposes, and whatever you have indicated on your UCAS application, you can still apply for Student Finance.
