law degree at top unis

hi, i’m in year 12 and i was thinking about switching from med to law but im not completely sure yet😅- I’m doing biology, chemistry and psychology alevel. In my gcse , i got 988877665 ( i got a 6 in chemistry but 9-8 in my essay based subjects ) are my gcses enough for unis like cambridge + LSE for law?

Your GCSEs are fine. You don’t need to make a decision on what you want to study just yet. Your A level combination allows you to explore both law and medicine, as law has no required subjects and you meet the subject requirements for most medical schools. GCSEs are only one part of your application and they tend to be used as an indicator of academic ability by universities like Cambridge and LSE, with LSE placing more emphasis on achieving grades 7-9 for their most competitive courses. Explore both options as much as possible before making a final decision on what you want to study.
