I can't find any but people have spoken about it on tiktok
The exam papers of the previous year are often behind lock and key because many schools use it for mocks. However, I took the 2024 exams and maybe I could recommend some topics for you, depending on if we do the same exam boards?

Depends if you're doing triple, personally triple biology higher tier AQA was quite easy for me it mostly focused on osmosis and amylase protease and lipase, food tests and couple random questions about the heart and cells

Thank you! I just finished my biology mock today though and it is exactly as how you described it, but it was shortened with a few questions missing, so we only had 1h 15mins. It was ok but I could have done better

For Physics, make sure you go over springs and generally those long calculation questions, we got a lot of those compared to what I was used to. For biology, revise the cardiovascular system, and well as evolution and specialisation. I did AQA maths, so unfortunately I'm no help there, but in French, all I can say is don't be intimidated by the words you don't know, just read through carefully and get the meaning from everything else. Remember context is always key to reading papers.
