St Olave's Sixth Form

hey! i recently attended the open evening, anyone wanna talk about their thoughts on applying to the school or the school in general

I wasn't able to go but I want to go for gcses. How dud you see it?

hiii, I've seen some of your posts before so goodluck with mocks and stuff I hope u get the grades u want. olaves had their open evening this like thursday and it was really good. Idk if you're a guy or a girl but I spoke to some of the girls there and they said the guys are really nice and the gender ratio isn't as overwhelming as other boys schools that accept girls into the sixth form which was a relief for me.
the school is really big and they seem to have a lot of skilled teachers who are passionate about their subjects. the only off putting things are that I live quite far and the lowest point score to get in last year was about 74 which is very high!
overall the environment was nice and pupils seem friendly and interested in what they do.

hey, sorry I didn’t go to the open evening haha and sorry if this is a stupid question but does the 74 points thing apply to predicted grades or achieved grades? also, I’m planning to apply for maths so how was the school in terms of mathematics? thank you!
