Newnham College Cambridge 2025 applicants

Hey! There doesn't seem to be a thread yet and I've been overthinking so I decided to make one. I'm applying to religion/theology :smile:

Has anybody had interview offers yet? I know other colleges have but haven't seen anything from Newnham!

Hi. I was initially applying for the same subject as you but since I decided to do Anthropology at other universities, I applied for HSPS but I haven’t heard anything back from Newnham either, so I’m also in the same boat 🙂

No wayy!! I've also applied for theology at Newnham, that's so cool!! I haven't had anything yet but I've started prepping just in case, it's so stressful ahh!!

English applicant here :biggrin:

, nothing yet but it should be within the next few days here. The english admission test is on the 19th, so it should be sent by friday (i hope)

I haven’t heard anything back yet either (I applied for natsci) I’ve decided to stop looking at the main Cambridge thread cos it’s making me anxious even tho it doesn’t seem like any natsci invites are out yet lol

I’ve heard back from Newnham but have not been called for interview. This is quite a disappointment since I met the grades and thought I had a good personal statement. Just wondering what were other people’s predicted grades for English?

I’ve applied for sociology and politics at Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol and Sheffield - but having gone to the Edinburgh open day I’m hoping to transfer to sociology with quantitative methods at Edinburgh and Glasgow.
