Does anyone have any support or ideas to answer my epq question... How can businesses use psychological tactics to gain a competitive advantage?

Tbh I do know wht I'm doing but I'm open to more help and support and to get the A*!!

This might sound like advice you've heard already but literally just research anything around your title. Start with just searching up your question and then naturally you will kinda go on tangents (that are relevant) which will help you branch out or study more in-depth aspects of your title. This research will definitely help you find answers because you will essentially be reading other people's answers to your question and ideas to solve it and the more you read of this, the more your own judgement will be built. My question was kind of similar in the sense that it was a 'How can' question and this is literally what i did, I just researched around my question, found other people's arguments and solutions and collated them all into one report. The exam board do not necessarily expect you to create an entirely unique and revolutionary solution to your question - they expect you to use resources, analyse them and build onto their judgement. If this helps, my unmoderated mark is 47/50 (A*), so hopefully you find my advice is credible!

Thank you so much for your advice, well appreciated, I've jus done some research on different tatic and who's coined them and made them into a mind map and hoping to go more in depth in that, thank u very much again!!
