Delay in getting unconditional offer letter .

I am writing this post because I have not yet received my unconditional offer letter ( without extended master course) of MSc in Global Logistic and Supply chain management . I had already submitted the supporting documents and fulfilled all the conditions which are required for getting the unconditional offer letter.

Do you have a conditional offer already?
When did you submit your documents?

Hello there!

Delays should not be a worry for you. My advice would be to ring your uni's admissions team. They may be able to tell you when you can expect to receive your letter - it may well be delayed simply due to the post. There is probably nothing to worry about if they have assured you that you have met all of the conditions and will receive one in due course 🙂

Hope this helps and good luck

Actually, I initially applied for the MSc in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management course, and they sent me a conditional letter. In that letter, they did not mention any conditions related to English. Later, they sent me an unconditional offer for the extended master's course, but I requested to defer. Now, I have met the PTE requirement criteria as of October 22, but Roehampton University has still not sent me an updated offer letter after removing the extended master course.

I wrote an email to [email protected]

In that case it will be 3 weeks tomorrow since you emailed them.
I would email again and copy in both email addresses and check that your documents have been recieved and ask when you should expect an update.
If you're able to then phoning might also help.

I'll pop this thread in the university of roehampton forum where you might get a response from any TSR reps the university has too
@Roehampton Katie are you able to help with the expected turnaround time for meeting offer conditions of PGs?
Thank you very much, kindly look in this matter as soon as possible and if you require any further information or documentation don’t hesitate to contact me .
