6th floor Bronze Studio Room in Astor House – IQ Student Accommodation – PL12AQ – Notte Street
Due to a change in circumstances, I’m having to transfer universities and consequently I need to find a new tenant to take over my tenancy at Astor House. Current tenancy is available up to 30/8/2025, although you can book and keep the room longer after that date. I have photos available but they are too large to post here.
Ø The room has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower, with a mirror and plenty of shelves.
Ø Well-equipped kitchenette including a decently sized fridge with freezer compartment, two ring induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan…
Ø Quiet and secure, with great views over the city to Dartmoor.
Ø Has laundry / common room on site.
Ø Large desk and pinboard, lots of underbed storage, along with a generous wardrobe and cupboards galore. Full height mirror.
Ø Located in the heart of the city, right above a Tesco Express and within ten minutes easy walking distance of the university campus, two-minute walk from the Hoe / Barbican.
£174 / week – utilities included.
