Am I making a mistake ?

So I want to apply to audiology at Leeds but they won’t accept a separate personal statement and all my other choices are optom, so my optom choices have all agreed for me to send in another personal statement to them directly via email. then for audiology I’ll put that personal statement on UCAS, is this a risk or not is it a good idea bc I can’t tell, like will my personal statements that I send on email for four choices be fine or am I putting myself at risk.

For three of them yes they emailed me back saying we will accept a substitute one whereas the fourth one agreed on the phone but I’ve also emailed and waiting for them to say it on the email I’ll send it into .
