Help for isaacphysics: optics, rays and geometry

I could use some help with this isaacphysics question, I am having some trouble with it. I don't understand their notation. Also I don't understand the path they drew for the light. I don't understand how you can find angle OBA with their limited information.
On a more theoretical note, is there any way of applying, on light which is massless, a force? My mind is going into strange places after doing isaacphysics for hours on a tuesday.

Is this part a), if so, OA, OB and OC are all radii so the triangles OAB and OBC are .... so you should be able to wrte down OBA, 0BC and OCB. If theres something you dont understand in the diagram, it helps to be a bit more specific.
