Warwick University - 2 flatmates needed Canley ensuite 2025/2026

Hi, we're looking for 2 flatmates for a four-person ensuite house in Canley, close to prior deram park. This is for the 2025/2026 academic year.

It is a nice property in a quiet area, with a garden. The rent is £475 a month with bills excluded. The bills vary but are about £100 a month during Winter.

The property is roughly a 20 min walk to campus and 10 min to Cannon park. Feel free to send me a message if interested!
