Struggling with things

Hi,
Not doing too great. Finished uni got a rubbish call centre job. Really hate it. But can't afford to quit. Really want to find another job that's Monday to Friday 9 to 5 that's a trainee. As this one is just 6 days a week random shifts no consistency. And the work itself is the standard getting yelled at my customers daily. And anyhow it's just making me feel low as all I do is sleep now as the jobs so draining. And I've tried linkedin and indeed and CV library. And Im just struggling with everything currently. Don't like my job, home life or myself much do want to get therapy can't afford it urm this is quite waffly sorry for that. I know what I want from life and where I want to be just don't know how to get there and just feel rubbish everyday

Hi, many areas now have self referral arrangements for counselling so check with your GP surgery what is available for you; all unis have careers advisors and support for alumni so contact your uni and set up an appt to get some help on career planning and advice. Good luck.
