Stuck between life choices

Im on a gap year right now and i wanna choose between 2 degrees, i got AAb in chem bio and maths in tht order, first degree is foundation yr maths at uom, and second degree is chem eng at sheff?

Maths cause its always been my fav subject i got complacent during alevels especially last like 3 months cause i was in a bit of trouble for chem and bio so i priotised them much more, city idm i live in manchester but have visited sheff, both are quite good but im not too picky, the issue comes with writin the personal statament cause before i wanted to do medicine but now iv changed 😭 so have got a like 2 months to pattern this
