Film Universities

Hello! I am currently in Year 12 taking Film Studies, English Literature, and Sociology. I would like to do something with Film at University, specifically writing scripts. Does anyone know of good universities that offer Film as a course, or any Film Universities in the UK?

Hi

your best starting point if you want to work in the film industry is to look up CILECT member film schools. For undergraduate courses that essentially comprises of AUB (Bournemouth Film School), BU, Falmouth, LCC (within UAL), South Bank, Leeds Beckett, Screen Academy Scotland (Edinburgh and Ed Napier), UCA, Herts, South Wales and Westminster.

Out of all the CILECT member film schools, which one do you think is situated in the best location? Do all have good industry connections? I've applied for AUB but not sure what their industry connections are beyond the course.
