Learndirect tutor not marking work

Hi,

I'm asking student room on behalf of someone I know trying to complete their alevel business assignments on learndirect so that they can register for the summer 2025 exams.

Basically the tutor is very slow and delaying their marking of her assignments for around 1+ weeks when they are supposed to be around 5 days and due to this only 1/7 total assessments they need before the jan 10th deadline have been marked.

Is there anyway to complain or speed up the marking?, as they are saying the jan 10th deadline for the exam boards is "non-negotiable" but due to their delaying of marking it's going to cost my friend extra and that's not fair imo.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Neither do they answer the phone once they have your money it seems.
