Periods and revision

does anyone find it hard to study for exams when their period is on the way and how do they cope with feeling fatigued and maybe doing less work than planned

lol tell me about it😭
maybe try and do revision in bed, drink lottts of water, and eat healthy for energy
and yh rest when you want to, sleep good hours, and take breaks in between studying. also don't stress it out sm, its not the end of the world if you did lesser work than planned

Hey,

Like the above post - take rests when needed. I know it must be frustrating when it arrives because you feel more fatigued than usual but your body also needs some rest so you can be at optimum level again! That week or so is the best time to take it easy and you can always continue your study when you feel more energised 🙂

Take a bath and make sure to eat well like mentioned earlier! Also if you feel it's a regular theme when your period arrives, why don't you consider making a timetable so when you are going through the days, you can have an outline of what you want to achieve even if it's 10/15 minutes of study compared to 1/2 hours. Plan it so on other weeks you will study more, and on those days you don't feel guilty for doing less. Best wishes
