Oxford Learning College Experiences Wanted

Hi, does anyone have any experience of online studying at Oxford Learning College?
I didn't get the results I needed for uni in 24 so want to resit 2 A levels. I need predicted grades to reapply.

I feel quite demotivated so need a structure and also need predicted grades which they said they would give after 2 assessments have been completed on each course. They also said you get tutor support.

My question is, is it worth the cost of £700 plus exam fees? Other providers like Oxbridge Learning, which looks more professional, charge nearly £1000 per Alevel.

I was about to pay and they sent me their bank details and alarmed me as it was a revolut account and it is not even in their company name. Business in Gibraltor.

Make me very uneasy.

I would ideally like to hear from others who have studied or have experience of them. TIA

My suggestion is completely the opposite of the last. I have had a very good experience with Oxford Learning College (ODL) and would recommend them 100%. I have done A Levels and Level 3 diplomas and they have all gone well, when i contacted the offices they were very helpful, and when I did my first level 3 with them they were actually based in Oxford in Banbury Road so I don't think the name really makes a difference. You should call them and ask them about their courses. The office people are very nice and will be helpful. Sounds like the last guy is a competator.

I am not a competitor of some obscure A level shop.

You have made just two posts, each praising the college in question. People may draw from that such inference as they will.

Banbury is not Oxford, by the way. It's a town in north Oxfordshire. (EDIT: the poster above has now edited his or her post to refer to Banbury Road, which is in Oxford.)

Banbury road is not in Oxford? You are a competator and I have reported you and I am reporting this site to the school. YOu are commenting about a private business and you will either stop or this business will deal with the lawyers.

The moderators have today deleted my helpful post in answer to your question, which I made several months ago.

It appears that the moderators may have succumbed to the incoherent threats posted above by someone who may be working for the college you enquire about.

I would not be influenced by the appearance of the word Oxford in the name of the college. It's a commercial operator operating offshore, presumably for tax reasons. If you don't feel comfortable about sending money to such an organisation, don't.

On the educational side, you may notice that the person plugging the college can't spell.

'appears to be in marketing'? how is that when I am a student? Marketing what? What exactly would I be marketing? All you are is a bully with nothing better to do.

You appear to have anger issues. Have you tried meditating?
