there's no list. The universities that have vacancies in clearing vary each year.

If you look in the law forum there will be clearing threads for the last few years listing the universities that had spaces and the grades they were asking for - but that's no guarantee they will have space in 2025.

Your best option is to apply for universities you want to go to in the main part of the UCAS cycle - that will maximise your chances of an offer (even if you don't get an offer initially but want to apply back to them again in clearing). Waiting for clearing is a risky option - much riskier than putting 3/4 aspirational choices on your original UCAS form.
