Home Office- AO role

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what this role is really like. I’m currently working as a Teaching Assistant.
Do they still offer part hybrid for this role?

It depends what the role is, some are required to work full time in the office because we need to use resources/equipment that we don’t have access to from home, while others in a different AO role work part time at home, but still need to spend a couple days a week in the office. It’s mostly the EO’s who get to work from home
