SFE name change

I have uploaded a cover letter for name changing and birth certificate for proof to the upload supporting evidence page on my SFE account to change my name on SFE. It says received but my name hasn’t been changed and it needs to be changed before my university can confirm I’m studying there so SFE can send my tuition fee loan as there was a name mismatch between my SFE and university name.so I’m really confused what to do .
