Girl believe me you DO NOT want to get back with a guy who hits on his ex's sister after being done with her. Consider not being with him, a blessing. There must be a reason you and him broke up right? Was he disloyal/ did he cheat? Does your sister know the reason ya'll broke up? If not girl, do you and your sis a favour and cut all forms of contact wi him and move on. I assure you, both of you can do so much better than a guy who is hitting on your own sister. He already sounds like absolute crap to me.
I'm in the same position. I'm tryna forget abt my ex. I would be lying if I said I didn't miss him but I know I can do so much better. Cry it out if you need to to let your emotions out but then after, focus on you. STOP listening to songs that remind you of him or any sort of depressing songs to be exact. Listen to uplifting songs, I love me a bit of Brent Faiyaz, The Weeknd and Bryson. Watch movies and series. Rewatch ur fave comfort films. Play games like Minecraft or COD. Learn some skills, cook, bake - anything that makes you happy. Go out and have fun with your friends. Grow as much as you can. You'll miss him at some points (I did too) but you'll soon realise how pulling your energy away from him makes him look rather unattractive. You will for sure do so much better. I promise.

I recommend to all my girlies - watch the wizard liz on yt. Her vids and talks motivated me to be a stronger woman. Although her vids are mostly targeted to women, I recommend them to the sane males species too :smile:

Hey dude. I don't know who you are, but let's just say I've also been through some very toxic relationships that were shamefully addictive and hard to let go of. But I can tell, by the fact that you're reaching out for help, that you're a strong person. So let me make this very clear. YOU DO NOT NEED HIM. HE DOES NOT NEED YOU. Period. It all comes down to what you want in life. Do you want to be emotionally attached to a douchebag for the rest of your life, or do you want to live happily and thrive from success? I'm not an expert, but that's all I got from experience. Good luck, and I hope you're doing ok.
