UCL Chemistry vs KCL Chemistry + Year In Industry

hello! i am interested in doing a degree in chemistry at a london-based university, and currently the universities i am most interested in are UCL and KCL!

i've heard a lot of positive things about doing a year in industry and that it would significantly enhance my career prospects, and KCL does a chemistry degree with a year in industry. however, UCL does not.

i was wondering what would be better to do at university, as UCL is ranked higher and is considered better than KCL, however doesn't do a year in industry. is a year of industry worth it? (i could also consider doing my undergraduate degree at KCL and postgraduate at UCL or even Imperial/another uni.)

would it be better to go to UCL for just chemistry, or KCL for chemistry plus a year in industry?
