If he's a normal 40 year old, he will see you as a child, regardless of you being over the age of consent.
If he doesn't think of you as a child, he's not a normal 40 year old.

Plus he's your boss; he has a responsibility not to take advantage as someone in authority over you. And you shouldn't put yourself, or him, in a compromising position - unless you want to lose your job?
