The Student Room Group

I just lost my student id yesterday on the way home from school

I just lost my student id yesterday on the way home from school and I don’t know what to do
I don’t think that I will find it because I have to get 3 trains usually and I go through different routes for Thursday and my usually route is Wimbledon to London Paddington to Abbey Wood to Erith and Erith to Abbey Wood to London Paddington to Wimbledon and that day that I lost my student id route is Erith to Dartford to London Bridge to London Waterloo East to London Waterloo to Wimbledon and I only will go that way for Thursday on the way home and I already need it next Tuesday and I can’t go that way to school because I might miss my trains and be late and I don’t even remember where did I have my student id last and I could have left it at Dartford station or on Charing Cross train or at London Bridge station and it could be anywhere
What should I do????!!!!
Please someone help me out

that's a lot of stations wowie...you can contact the stations to ask about lost and found items but I wouldn't bet on them finding it for you - your best course of action would be contacting your school office to buy a new one. The fees typically under £10 to get a new id, of course depending on your school that is.

Damn now all you have are your student ego and your student superego!

I'd get in touch with the administration that gave you the ID in the first place and you can even explain that you don't have £10 to get a new one. They'll probably issue you a new one anyway and have you owe them £10 for the time being.

you can find the lost and found place for the train u took and call them and tell them what time and day you left ur ID and they can probably confirm whether they have it or not and let you collect it
