EY Grad application - stage 3?
Hi,
I check my portal nearly everyday for an update as I have received no communication after my EY ONE. Today, I saw the status has changed from Stage 2 to Stage 3. However there's no mention of an invitation to EYX, just a generic message on how they are shortlisting candidates. Has anyone been in a similar scenario, do they manually check our EY One to decide who gets a spot etc? Any insight would be great! Thank you

i've been on the same thing for a couple of weeks, someone on the main thread said it means they've screened our applications and EY One so now there is a shortlisting stage and if we pass that, we get the invite to an experience day. sounds like the wait to find out varies tho, so i'd recommend you check the main EY grad scheme 2025 thread

I’ve been waiting since mid-late September. I’m just expecting a rejection now. It just says shortlisting candidates 😭

EY was the first graduate scheme I applied to and somehow I'm still stuck on stage 3, whilst I've progressed on my other applications is just baffling.

same here it is very strange. must be very competitive if you pass EY one yet they have to continue shortlisting for the experience day!

Quick update - I’m through to the assessment centre but oh my god is booking a slot long. Literally cannot log in as I’m assuming there’s a lot of other candidates trying to do the same.

How long was it from when your portal updated to stage 3 shortlisting to you receiving the invitation to the AC?

Did you get some sort of email telling you that they’re shortlisting after as well, got the update in my hub last week and just got an email this morning that they’re shortlisting candidates and that they’ll be in touch soon
