Bank Statement Query - International Student

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my consultant’s lack of guidance. They didn’t inform me earlier that I would need a mature bank statement for my CAS application. I have unconditional offer from Kingston University, and their CAS deadline is 27th November. Unfortunately, I’ll only be starting my bank statement on 19th November. My classes begin on 13th January.

I’m unsure if it’s wise to proceed with my case under these circumstances. Does anyone know if Kingston University might accept an immature bank statement for CAS? Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful.

Thank you!

Hi there,

You can submit the CAS request now and include a written explanation that you will submit the mature bank statement later on. We have lots of detailed information on our website regarding the CAS request process. You can find the FAQ section and a step by step process. If you need additional support, you can also find the CAS teams contact details there too.

Thank you for your response and the detailed information regarding the CAS request process.

I wanted to ask if there is a specific deadline for issuing the CAS. Also, could you confirm whether it would be issued on time if I submit the mature bank statement at a later date?

TIA.

Hi there,

The CAS team will be able to answer your questions as they have the expert knowledge regarding this process. We have a very detailed webpage and all of their contact details are included there. The CAS team also offer the option to book an online meeting where you can meet with a member of the CAS team directly. I just checked and they still have plenty of availability on Thursday 21 Nov, and Friday 22 Nov this week so you shouldn't have any issues requesting a meeting. I recommend you book in for a 20 minute meeting as soon as possible and you'll be able to have all your questions answered. The link is on our webpage but I've also linked here below:
