Manchester or sheffield - child nursing

i want to go into neonatal nursing when im older. and i saw that sheffield is top for nursing unis however they dont offer child nursing. manchester tho is the top school for child nursing but they dont offer neonatal nursing as a post grad. also i am stuck between bachloers and masters for child nursing if i do go manchester. im doing bio, psychology and sociology at a levels and for both unis i need bbb. should i go to sheffield and do adult nursing and stay for post grad or should i go to manchester and switch for postgrad. also when i mention the rankings its from the complete uni guide

Rankings mean very little for healthcare courses. All courses are held to the same standards by the NMC so it will make no difference where you study (and your future employer won't care where you studied either). You don't need a masters to enter nursing. On completion of your degree you will enter the NHS on band 5. With experience and further training you will be able to specialise in the areas that interest you. Pick a uni that provides the undergraduate course you want to study and that is somewhere you can see yourself living for three years.
