im on the depo injection it was due 7/11/24 but I had unprotected sex 15/11/24 and he finished inside is there a chance I could be pregnant?

Put simply, yes.

Of course there is. There always is. No injection, condom, pill or pull out game is flawless. Take it from someone that’s got a great pull out game but two daughters.

Depo is 96% effective according to the internet - but it is even more likely to be ineffective if you missed an injection. I hope you are ok, there is always a chance you are pregnant no matter the form of contraception.

Btw pregnancy tests are usually able to work after the first day of a missed period.

I’d say the chances are low, but being a few days late on the depo shot isn’t ideal. I’ve been on it myself and know it’s pretty effective when you stick to the schedule, but missing it by a few days could affect how well it works. If you’re concerned, maybe take a test just to be sure, or chat with your doctor for peace of mind.
