Looking for a replacement tenant
I'm a student living at Collegiate Bagot St accommodation in Birmingham in a Standard Ensuite room, £174 pw paid in 4 instalments. The first two are already paid. The location is near Aston University and Birmingham City University, but there's easy access to the bus route to the University of Birmingham. The tenancy is until July.
