What the hell, thats a strong score. Considering there were 3 behaviours (scored out of 7) and 4 strengths (scored out of 4), you did well. Getting a bit worried now that they raised the pass mark lol. Usually, scoring 4/7 for behaviours and 2/4 for strengths is enough to pass an interview (e.g., score 20 in total), but since u scored 23 and still was unsuccessful, that is a worrying sign. Unless you scored a 3 in one of the behaviours, which is a instant fail. Does it give a breakdown of ur scores?

If he scored a 3 in a behaviour isn’t it the case that they wouldn’t mark the rest of the interview

not really - what if the 3 was his final behaviour score, e.g. 5,5,3

But even if that was the case after the 3rd q they’d stop assessing the interview as it’s an auto fail

i dont think they're allowed to do that, they should still mark it all

I believe that’s how civil service PRVI’s are assessed generally. If you fail to meet the minimum requirements for a Q then they forfeit the rest of the interview

I’m really hoping that person was wrong about their score though lol but it makes sense if they up the minimum pass mark as there were 8000 interviews weren’t there ?!

And why would everyone not get their results on the same day 🤔 strange. I just got my results back for an EO job at the HMRC and everyone on the thread practically got the results back at the same time roughly, even the people that failed

Pre-recorded video interviews? Possibly true then, this was my first pre-recorded CS interview so dont know how its usually marked. Weird tho how that person failed the interview with 23

I thought I read a sifter on Reddit say there was 8000 interviews. 1000 seems too little for the fact that they’ve taken 2 and a half months. PRVI’s for the other mass campaign job I applied to were marked within a month and there was a few thousand to mark I’m sure

No chance its more than 1000, and having 8000 interviews is a joke ahaha if that was the case it would've took more than a year for us to hear back. Sifters have normal jobs as well u know, theyre not gonna spend all their hours marking interviews
