I’m not sure if I will go ahead with the interview tbh. I feel like the role will be demanding and underpaid. They have a high staff turnover.

I wanted a hybrid job, but it seems like CS expect employees in the office for min 3 days a week. I am currently working as a school TA term time only, and the AO pay is actually lower..

I should’ve researched first before applying..

Bit confused how 60% in office / 40% WfH is anything other than hybrid. Not a remote job... not fully in the office either...

Guessing no-one wants to share the interview questions 😅
I was wondering if they were generalised behaviour questions or more specific, e.g. How have you managed a quality service?

Yeh no one is going to give the questions to give anyone else an advantage 🤣🤣

Last 2 interviews I’ve done the questions have literally been very general as in tell me about a time and then the behaviour 🙂

I think there are 3 behaviours and 3 strength questions. They will be based on Magaging a quality Service, delivering at pace and Making effective descisions. Thats all i know at the moment, just trying to prep for them.
