You need to read the success profiles. They clearly state they don't expect STAR method for strength questions. They are interested in your first reaction and advice you not to rehearse for strength questions and will know if you rehearsed and gave a scripted answer. I hope this will help. (For Behavioural questions is best to use STAR or WHO method)

I dont think anyone would be stupid enough to tell us the questions as we are all competing against each other, so if they tell us the questions we will surely score better than them

it’s straightforward if you know how to talk the talk but I think I massed up. Never done pre recorded interview before, found it extremely awkward and mind went blank..

To answer your original question again. You can definitely not do one question and wait the next day and do another question. It doesn't work like that
