Same. I’m so stressed and I can’t focus on anything.I feel like my application is not competitive in all aspects including my gcse, admission test and personal statements.

i'm in the same boat - but have you seen the oxford spreadsheet on the student room? it allows you to enter your course, college, predicteds and where you're at with the process (eg. waiting for interview invite, received interview invite, rejected, etc.). the one for last year showed people receiving invites from 14th nov - 30th (but remember they can invite you min. a week before), depending on your course. i imagine most will be sent out over the next 2 weeks but remember even being an academically strong enough student to be able to apply to oxford is an amazing achievement! wishing you the best of luck

i'm sure there are so many people (including me) that feel like this! it is just stress causing you to doubt yourself - your school would probably not have let you apply if they didn't think you were capable, and you should be proud you have! it takes a lot of courage

I've seen multiple students who've applied to various colleges for biology and biology related courses like biochem or biomed get their interview invites over this week!

Have u checked the spreadsheet? I saw people who applied to history and classics have started receiving invites!

When you get the email with the dates and times it tells you who is going to conduct the interview! (I have two for each interview for chem)

Wondering if anyone has heard anything from Balliol? It's now the 3rd and I'm practically ripping my hair out, lol. I know a couple of my friends from my school who applied to Magdalen haven't heard anything yet either. Aghhhhh.. 🤕

Does anyone know if they ask filler questions like why oxford or why chemistry in the interview? Or does it just go straight to academic questions

I also applied to balliol and haven’t heard yet don’t worry, I’m assuming it’s too late today so hopefully tomorrow
