Which type of funding UG or PG?

Is the MSc in Occupational Therapy (Pre registration) at Sheffield Hallam eligible for undergraduate funding or is it through postgraduate funding for Student Finance NI? As it is an approved AHP course. Can an official rep for student finance NI confirm this?

*If it is undergraduate, why am I not able to add the course on my student finance account? Also, I was advised by a student finance advisor that I need to ask my university to list the course to the CSM portal which I did and my university replied saying they listed the course for NI domiciled students and that the enhanced funding (through undergraduate funding) is only open to England domiciled students. I am not even sure that they understood what I asked them.

Which is correct information? I am going back and forth between university and student finance but not getting correct information and am stuck over a month on my application.
