what should i do??

i have braces and have to have it for about 18 months and this month maybe the last month i have them on as my next appointment is either on 28/29th November and it maybe the de-bonding appointment which I am anxious about as it is my first time but i have about 5 or 4 packets left of elastics, the orthodontist gave me 2 packets each appointment for when i need to put elastics in with braces
and idk what i should do with the remaining packets i have cause when i get my braces off i won't be needing the elastics anymore, i am not sure whether i can give them as they are unopened packet or i have to keep them

When you go to the orthodontist, ask if you should give them back or not, and bring them with you if they do say yes.
