I am an LSE student needing to move out due to family issues. Looking for a female replacement tenant to take over a lease for the largest furnished room in a 4 bedroom house in Wapping/St Katherine’s docks. It is a terraced house with shared kitchen, bathroom and garden. The other 3 girls are all studying at the LSE.

Room: Double-bed, new mattress, new study desk and chair, new open wardrobe, non-carpeted.

Rent: £190 per week. (£750 per month) Very cheap for Zone 1. The rent includes utilities (heating, water, gas, wifi)

Tenancy runs till 09-September-2025, need someone ASAP.
