The structure I used:
Para1: intro- breif sentence to begin with, e.g My interest in medication and healthcare drew me towards the practice of pharmacy...
I mentioned something that I learned in psychology and biology (theoretical) and elaborated on how is is effective to pharmacy. Really depends on the subjects you do

Para2: Chemistry focused (practical or physical) and wider reading focused.
Go into detail about something you have learnt or done in chemistry. Personally I spoke about a practical, and then mentioned "attention to detail and precision which are crucial skills for pharmacy". This will show them that you are aware of the skills required in pharmacy.
Then talk about something you have researched or found out related to the field

Para3:
Work experience- 2,3 I would say. And perhaps go into detail about what you observed and learned and how this will help you in pharmacy, and make you a strong candidate. And what is currently going on the the pharmacy industry

Para4: shortest paragrapgh should be around 4-5 lines
mention your interests outside of academics, e.g extra curriculars, hobbies

if you have characters left maybe add a sentence at the end to close off.
