imperial intercalation surgical design technology and innovation

I'd like to intercalate at Imperial next academic year as an external student and if anyone here is or has intercalated at Imperial (esp in surgical design) please could you give me some advice on what to include in my personal statement please! Any help will be appreciated, thanks

Have not done that course however your personal statement will generally be a similar structure regardless
Introduce you and your pathway thus far
Provide your reasons why you want to do the course and what you think you'll benefit from it
Identify the qualities that you possess that you feel will make you a good fit for the course
Reflect back to how the course will help you in achieving your future goals
