Radiography placement shoes

Hii, I’m starting my diagnostic radiography placements soon and I’ve been thinking about what shoes would be best to wear. I’m on my feet a lot for my retail job and usually wear Ozweegos they’re super comfy in my opinion, so I’m wondering if they’d also work for placement? I’m also considering black Air Forces? Although I’m not sure if they’d be comfy enough for long shifts. I’ve also been looking at the Ugg Tasman X boots since I know a lot of other healthcare students seem to wear them.
any recommendations or know if these shoes would be suitable for placements? Thank youuu

My DD bought Sketchers DLUX walkers after she noticed staff wearing them on placement. She finds them very comy.
Check your trusts uniform policy - some are stricter than others, but most people wear black trainers.

You're going to be on your feet all day everyday, so you want comfortable and hard wearing. I bought a pair of black Nike trainers that were on offer for £90 in 2020 (so probly about £150 in todays prices lol) and they're only just starting to wear out now. When it comes to footwear, you get what you pay for - buy cheap, buy twice!

Black comfortable shoes. Go half size up. You will be on your feet and your feet will swell up half a size. Comfort is the key, not fashion. Look professional. Check if you can wear black sneakers without logos. You want soles that are spongy and comfy. There’s alot of standing around as students. Good luck !
