Finding comfort food in London as an International Student

As an international student, missing home food is real! I found a small Indian restaurant in Kingston called Shah'zzzzz that serves Biryani just like my mom's. Cooking my own meals also helps when I crave familiarity. Which country are you from, and where do you go for your comfort food in the UK? Comment on your favourites!

I'm from the US, and I completely understand how much comfort food can help with homesickness! My go-to spot in the UK for comfort food is Farmer J's. Their wholesome bowls always hit the spot, especially when I'm missing the kind of fresh, hearty meals I’d have back home in New York. Shah’zzzzz's Biryani sounds amazing!
