Hi there, I’ve just started using the student room as a Chester university rep, a student has sent me a message about her finances and it’s not something I can reply to as I’m not financially trained, so I think it needs proper advice, is it possible to send it to you to reply to please? Hello, welcome to :tsr:

If you reply to that user inviting them to post in ask student finance england, one of the student finance reps can make sure they get an answer.
This is a specialist area of the website where only volunteers, staff and student finance reps can post replies to other people's queries. :smile:
