moving unis after 1st year help

i'm currently in keele uni doing bsc neuroscience but i hate the course and the uni. i want to switch to bsc diagnostic radiography. i'm applying to first year just normally through ucas with predicted grades bcs i'm resitting my a levels this summer. i'm confused about this whole process like i know i need to get predicted grades and i wanted to ask if literally anyone can do your references and predicted grades like would a tutor be able to do them? and should i apply privately or through my old sixth form? like what would be the difference.
also i plan to stay at uni for the whole of first year bcs my parents wont let me drop out. so would i need reference from the uni aswell?

Why are you sitting A'levels and a degree? You'll have smoke coming out of your ears with the amount of work you'll be doing.

You'll need somebody to provide predicted grades, and also write your reference. Clearly a university is not going to give you predicted grades, but your personal tutor could write your reference for you. You'll likely need a private tutor// your old sixth form (if resitting with them) to provide this.

if you've got a good grade for first year of a neuroscience degree then that will normally supplement or even supersede your A level grades.
