I've been on hold music for 35 mins since calling SFE. What are the current waiting times?

Hi Calum,

There is actually. I was expecting an update yesterday as was told the supporting evidence would be reviewed by then but haven't heard anything. Is it possible to get a call from yourselves or do I need to call again and be in the queue?

Hi there,

We are unable to call you. When you log into your online account can you see a processing date? Is this for a 2024/25 application?

No, it just says ineligible but it has said that for ages. It's retrospective as well 2023/24 and 2024/25. Additional evidence was requested which was submitted end Oct and was told on the phone the other day it hasnt been processed but would be processed by 25 Nov.
