Help please

Hi guys. I’m in yr11 and I came to uk 5 months ago from another country so English is my second language. Actually they put me in foundation for maths and science and now still I’m in foundation because I messed up my last year mocks and last week my mocks finished and I messed up them as well. I talked to my teachers and they told me if I will be get grade 5 in maths and science in mock exams I will can move up to higher but I messed up last week mock exams so I won’t move up to higher.
My maths and science are sooo good but I don’t understand them in English so the English is my real problem not the topics.
I want to do biology-chemistry and maths A-levels (but maybe not maths because I think for dentistry I just need chemistry and biology)
I want to know if you or any of your friends were in foundation for maths and science but doing maths and biology or chemistry or physics A-levels?
And I want to know if we have in January another mocks, after that is that possible to move up to higher?
If you do move up, you'll do good! After moving up, you will just need to practice higher content a lot.

I don't think sixth forms will let someone do sciences for a level if they did foundation

cognitoedu.org for sciences (apparently not good for maths)
corbett maths (website) and maths genie for topic questions. when u get that 5, practice the 7-9 questions on maths genie (idk it might be on corbett maths)

In most schools you'll need a grade 6 to do A level so that means taking Higher.

Maths revision: https://mmerevise.co.uk/gcse-maths-revision/

I can post more if you are doing Edexcel

That site also has Science:

Is there tutors you can look into for help? Small steps of English tutoring or just simply talking about your subject content move would help you engrave ideas in your head. Best of luck! xx
