Randomly a white screen appears when I try to read a post while using TSR today. It happens every 5-10 minutes and it seems to generate adverts.

Hi. That sounds very odd 😧 Is it still happening today and is it on lots of threads or just one or two? If it does happen could you please try to get a screenshot and post it here?
The only thing I can think of that sounds a bit like this is a type of ad called parallax. We don't control the ads shown directly so these can sometimes be shown in threads. Did it look like this screen shot below but white instead of where the advert is by any chance? If it did then its probably an issue with the advert that was trying to display.
When you scroll up and down it looks like the advert takes over the whole screen between the posts in the thread. If the advert didn't display then it might just be white when you scroll.

Yes but when the advert appeared there was still loads of white space between the previous post,the ad and the next post.
Thanks for confirming. So the ad did display but there was white space... Hmmm. It might still have been a fault in the advert but I will check with our dev team if we have any control over what happens when these types of adverts display.
